Where We Are Coming From

Re-form Solutions developed organically in response to negative steps taken by organisations across the UK under reactionary pressure to ‘hold onto profits’

Our experience has been broad and we have seen how multiple sectors now think that the neglect of human capital can improve their position. Through our work running a large union branch, and also being part of boards, working groups, policy formation, and health and safety committees, we have seen the inner workings of the current organisation we are employed at. It is from here that our mission formulated itself.

Our Mission

We believe that for any organisation to function at anything close to peak efficiency, it must value value the employees that make that are intrinsically connected to that efficiency.. Data and studies clearly highlight how placing a priority on valuing staff can increase both efficiency and profitability in the long-run. In-fact, there are also many short-term gains that can also be garnered from being a self-reflective and ethically aware business. Our mission is to show why this should be done, and how it can be done.

Time for Change

At Re-form Solutions, we believe that if action is not taken now, to curb the current trend of devaluation and redress the work-life balance, we will be heading into an employment implosion scenario.

It is simple: staff leaving will be higher than staff being employed. A company that abuses its position will soon see itself branded as a bad employer. In the world today, information can travel quickly and can impact a business. It is time for companies to recognise that the health and safety of employees is their direct concern and one that can not be ignored.
